First Appointment

If you'd like to move forward in scheduling a telehealth appointment, you can contact me at either the email or phone number under the Contact Me link above.  I will return all phone calls within 1-2 business days.  

Prior to your intake appointment, I will email you the intake paperwork. This email will come encrypted to protect your confidentiality and you will be required to set a password in order to access it. Remember this password for future use. You will review and complete the paperwork, electronically sign it and send it back to me.

Intake appointments are between 45-60 minutes. It consists of gathering general information about you as well as understanding the nature of your problem and the formulation of treatment goals.  Generally, this process can be accomplished in one session.  However, it can take up to 3 sessions.
