Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)- Therapy that focuses on bringing awareness to unhelpful thinking patterns that lead to harmful or destructive behaviors such as self harm and suicidal ideation.  This therapy is solution-focused and challenges the individual to develop new, healthier ways of thinking and coping with life's challenges.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (non-certified) (DBT)- A type of CBT that helps individuals identify specific thoughts, beliefs and assumptions that make life harder.  There is a focus on maintaining a healthy balance between cognitive and emotional processes through the use of specific skill sets.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy-Trauma Focused- A  type of CBT specifically focused on helping individuals manage the residual affects of traumatic events.  I utilize a 4 stage model of treatment aimed at educating people about the injuries of trauma, the development of coping skills, the processing of the traumatic event and living life after the trauma.

Pregnant/Post-Partum Support - Therapy for pregnant or post-partum women and men struggling with symptoms of depression and/or anxiety and life transitions after the birth of a new baby.

Tele-Mental Health Services- Individual, outpatient therapy offered through a HIPPA-secure platform via video conferencing
